Social responsibility

At Nobelia Interior we want to contribute to sustainable social development. This means that as a company we do what we can in order to minimize negative effects on people as well as the environment. The starting point in our decision-making is therefore holistic, long-term and thoughtful – and that runs throughout our entire business every day of the week and every week of the year.

Sustainability in practice

When we started our webshop at the beginning of 2020, we quickly noticed that many people who shopped on credit were unable to pay. Although we of course want to sell our products, we do not want to do so at any price. We have therefore compiled a few points that may be good to consider before shopping on credit – with us or with someone else:

  • Have you included any additional fees in the calculation?
  • How high is the interest rate?
  • Are you able to pay on time so that you avoid unnecessary late fees?
  • Do you often shop on credit, ie do you have an overview?

Many small costs can easily become large and therefore costly. Also remember to keep the credit period in relation to the lifespan of the item so that you do not have to pay for something that you can no longer use. By keeping an eye on the big picture and a long-term perspective, you also have control over your own personal finances.

A little can mean a lot

To protect the environment, we try to act in a way that is environmentally sustainable in the long term. This applies to both our internal and external work.

At an overall level, it is about ensuring that everyone is aware of how our business affects the environment, that we use resources in an efficient and sustainable manner and that the products we offer are safe.

In our daily work, we try to reduce negative environmental impact by:

  • Work digitally as much as possible.
  • It is better to order a lot rather than often to limit the number of shipments.
  • Reuse wrapping paper and packaging.
  • Sort waste such as corrugated cardboard, soft plastic, wood and office paper.
